After a one-year scientific research on collection, transportation and recycling system for used cooking oils and fats made by ECOCOM’s scientists and engineers, ECOCOM published its research results.
If not disposed correctly, used cooking oils and fats pose a huge ecological threat. At the same time, used cooking oils and fats have a huge potential for biodiesel, which can be used in diesel engines. In order to avoid ecological problems, use the energy, and fuel potential, a proper collection and recycling system has to be established.
ECOCOM’s research is based on international innovative approaches, which were adapted to Moscow City’s problems and needs.
