Consent to personal data processing

The visitors (natural persons) of the website ecocom.at (hereinafter referred to as the ”User“ of the ”Site“) agree, by submitting a request or interacting with the Site, to the processing of their personal data (hereinafter referred to as the ”Consent“). Acting freely, of their own will and in their interest, and possessing the legal capacity to do so, the User grants their consent to ECOCOM Environmental Technologies GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the ”Controller“), a company registered in Austria with VAT number ATU47237501, to process their personal data under the following conditions:

Changes and Amendments

The Controller reserves the right to amend this Consent in compliance with legal changes or changes in data processing practices. Any changes will be communicated to the User via the Site.
